This painting has a lot of significance to me but to stay true to my New Year’s resolution it’s officially time to let it go. I had painted this back in 2014 in the evenings while @bartandrews_utc and I were building out our original @unifytattoofl location in St. Augustine during the day. I was extremely excited about achieving my dream of opening a studio and wanted to create something especially for the shop itself and to mark the occasion. This painting is referenced from Bernini’s sculpture of Neptune and Triton and measures 24” x 48” oil on gallery wrapped canvas.
